Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
Yes, we are a direct manufacturer with our own facility located in Shenzhen/China. We manage and organize the entire supply chain process on a part level and then do the final assembly in-house, ensuring better price control and quality oversight compared to simple trading companies.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ can be anywhere from 100–50'000 pcs, depending on the project. However, as an SME-focused partner, we offer flexibility for first-time "trial" orders or specialized custom projects to help you scale your business.
Can I send a third-party team for a factory audit or quality inspection?
Yes. We welcome third-party inspections at any stage and transparency is central to our operations. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer, our own quality department also provides all common reports, such as complete FAI documentation, specific measuring reports, or outgoing quality reports. This is usually the preferred method by our customers.
How do you protect my Intellectual Property (IP)?
We take IP seriously and are willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). By splitting up the BOM across our supply chain we can also guarantee that our suppliers never see the "whole picture".
What are your standard payment terms?
For tool cost we typically charge a 40% deposit to begin the tooling process, then 30% for the first-of-tool samples and the remaining 30% balance after a successful part approval. For mass production usually a deposit payment is required to start the material procurement process. For lower-volume orders 30 days net is also possible.
What is your typical production lead time?
Our standard lead time depends on the project and its complexity. When tools are involved, the time until First-of-tool samples is usually around 4–8 weeks. After that various rounds of improvements are needed, leading to a total tooling time of 2–3 months on average. Please note that timelines may shift during peak seasons or around the Chinese New Year holiday.
Do you provide product samples before mass production?
Yes, we provide samples at various stages of the project – first engineering-built samples, then production pilot samples, and finally a production-representative sample for your final approval. This ensures the mass-produced goods meet your exact specifications for material, color, and functionality within the agreed tolerances.
How do you handle product defects or quality issues?
We follow a mutually agreed Quality Agreement that defines the acceptable AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) levels. If the defect rate exceeds the agreed AQL threshold, we offer solutions such as replacements, rework, or a credit note for the excess defective units. Defects within the agreed AQL tolerance are considered normal production variation and are not subject to individual credit notes.
Which Incoterms (shipping terms) do you support?
We most commonly work under EXW (Ex Works) terms, but FOB (Free On Board) is also possible. We can also assist in coordinating logistics with either our or your freight forwarder to ensure smooth export through Shenzhen.
Do your products comply with international standards (CE, UL, RoHS) and are you ISO certified?
Yes, we are certified according to ISO 9001:2015. We also have extensive experience manufacturing for the EU market and can produce goods that meet specific regulatory requirements. Please provide your required certifications during the quoting phase.
